  • Are your pieces nickel-free/hypoallergenic?
    • Yes & yes!
  • Do you ship internationally? 
    • Yes!
  • Do you accept returns?
    • Only store credit is accepted 
    • The exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit
    • To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
    • Only regular priced items may be exchanged (no sale items)
  • How do I exchange my product or get store credit? 
    • Please message me via email, instagram, or facebook to start the process
    • Include name, order number, and preferred shipping address (if requesting an exchange) in the message

    • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs - shipping costs are non-refundable 
    • Once item(s) are received, you will receive a store credit via email to use towards anything on the website. This credit will expire 1 year from the date it is issued. 
  • What if my item(s) arrive damaged? 
    • If your item arrives damaged - please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will try my best to rectify the situation.
    • Please note, I do inspect all items before shipment.
  • What if my package says it was delivered, but I never received it? 
    • Unfortunately at that point it is out of my control. The best step to take first is to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later
